The "Mohammad Zeidan Development Association" in Saida launched an urgent relief campaign to support displaced families from southern Lebanon, as part of its humanitarian commitment to those displaced in the wake of the events unfolding in the south.
To this end, a delegation from the "Association," represented by Mr. Badr Zeidan, a member of the administrative board, Ms. Farah Zeidan, the Executive Director, and Ms. Rania Zeidan, visited the Saida Municipality to assess the urgent needs.
The delegation held a meeting with the Mayor, Dr. Hazem Badih, during which it was agreed that the "Mohammad Zeidan Development Association" would provide diesel fuel (mazout) to all accommodation centers within the city of Saida that have electrical generators.
The "Association" immediately began implementing this initiative, and diesel fuel was distributed today to the following (6) six centers:
This is to provide the necessary electrical power to these centers for at least a week, with the aim of alleviating the suffering of the displaced and providing them with care and attention during this critical period.
