A delegation from the Mohammed Zeidan Association for Development in Sidon, consisting of the association's president, Engineer Dr. Hatem Badi, vice president Haj Ahmad Zeidan, government representative Mr. Rabih Al-Awji, Ms. Rania Zeidan, Engineer Najib Botros, Engineer Rim Al-Miari, and Ms. Maria Haddad, visited the old Sidon cemetery "Shakriya" after completing the cleaning of graves, pathways, and entrances, along with some maintenance work initiated during the holy month of Ramadan in coordination with the Sidon Dar Al-Ifta.

After praying for mercy and forgiveness for the deceased, Engineer Dr. Hatem Badi expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the efforts, extending special thanks to the Mufti of Sidon and its districts, Sheikh Salim Sosan, for encouraging this initiative, which facilitates families visiting their loved ones during Eid al-Fitr without obstacles. He affirmed the association's commitment to continuing its efforts to serve the city's interests and its people.

In turn, the association's president, Engineer Dr. Hatem Badi, made a phone call to Mufti Sosan to inform him of the completion of the work and inquire whether there were any additional tasks he wished to carry out, expressing full readiness to proceed with them. The Mufti, in response, extended his appreciation to the association and its members, commending the noble initiative and the efforts made ahead of Eid al-Fitr.
