The "Mohammed Zaidan Development Association" continues its work in restoring and rehabilitating neighborhoods and homes in Old Saida. As part of this effort, the association's technical and specialized team inspected several houses in various neighborhoods of the Old City, including Al-Najjarin, Al-Hayyakin, and Mar Nqoula.

The team prepared a report on their survey, listing seven houses in these neighborhoods—three requiring maintenance work and four needing full rehabilitation. The summary of the report will be presented to the association's patron and president, Mr. Mohammed Zaidan and Dr. Hatem Badih, for further action.

The technical team will prioritize maintenance work based on the condition and specific needs of each house, ensuring the preservation of the architectural character suitable for the Old City’s homes.
